Red Seal, New Deal
I'm tired of the hourly-increasing debt;
Diplomacy
And here to the south of Texas we have an undeclared war going on with enough blame to go everywhere. Events like this are daily, terrorism or house cleaning from within, it will be just a small step to organise into an organised force.
The Cartels and drug Lords are on the verge of becoming a revolutionary army between us and Mexico. The recipe is already mixed, supply line in place, just add a little Chavez, stir in Russia support and wella!
It's the events that shape a presidency, how well the president handles it is the measure of the man. Not a position that many would volunteer for in todays world.
Hillary just accepted!!

2008 vs. 1984
Ah, I can see it now, soon our "Ministry of Love" will take over a Guantanamo, the newly formed "Ministry of Peace", will begin the end of conflict, even if it requires a bigger war to attain economic balance,.. er,..peace.
What brings this up that with the ever increasing unemployment, here in the United States where real numbers suggest over ten percent currently in Texas, and in the rust belt to twelve percent and higher,.. though the 'official' number is just five to six percent, and 'slightly' higher.
How is China doing? The number of people make even low unemployment percentages devastating, how to maintain control becomes the real issue. Just as in Orwells book;...that the motivation of the Inner Party is not to achieve a future paradise but to retain power, which has become an end in itself.
And the ever shifting alliances maintained an ever existing war, not for property or control, but to maintain the economic engine while controlling the population numbers through patriotism and war.
In my short lifetime since 1954 we've (U.S.) warred with China through Vietnam and Korea, then been friends in economic boons. Been in a cold war with Russia and allied in the UN. We've sided with Iran to only now wonder about Iran, Set up Qaddafi to take him down, the same with Saddam. Noriega comes to mind as well.
The "Ministry of Peace" at work.
And soon to be passed here is the "Fairness Doctrine", where freedom of speech is taken away for 'fairness'. Any 'right wing' publication and news letter, radio show or broadcast will be "Required" to be fair,.. but who makes that decision?
Maybe the new "Ministry of Fairness"
just words.....

Ethnically ambiguous
Barack Obama's election is indeed an inspiration.
But we should not not forget that America's first black president is also half white.
He was raised by a white mother and white grandparents.
He thrived in the largely white ivory towers of Harvard and Columbia.
He is not the descendant of african slaves but the son of a Kenyan economist, who was educated at American universities.
So if Barack Obama is post-racial it is also because he is ethnically ambiguous enough for most Americans to feel comfortable with him.
In that sense too he is the Tiger Woods or Lewis Hamilton of American politics: cool, concentrated and ethnically mixed.
Remember, the biggest hurdle at the beginning of his campaign was not that he was black but that he was not black enough.By Matt Frei BBC News, Washington
I think the bottom line should be one that makes you think, I know this one surprised me from the same article above:
The Middle East is lost for words that a man called Barack "Hussein" Obama can be at the helm of the Great Satan.

Obamas Employment Plan
What a crock of re-warmed liberal stupid soup, er kool-aid,... touted by all the networks (include the BBC) as "wonderful" and an answer to the stuggle of unemployed middle managers in thier fifties everywhere. You can bet every overweight paper pusher is just dying to work in the elements and live in man camps in the wild and desolate areas of the Mid West.
All those former coffee servers from nearly defunct Starbucks will be glad to live in the desolate midwest of Wyoming or western Texas setting up wind towers, setting the base forms, tying the steel and pouring/finishing the concrete. Heck, once you do that it's easy to step into a crane and erect a wind tower without years of training and experience. Just give them 'Cake' eh Obama.
And the disenfranchised Auto worker from Detroit would love to leave his home for a mobil home in the tornato rectangle, rigging and wiring poles and setting up an electrical grid, heck, its just like installing the dashboard in a Ford Focus.
Two million four hundred thousand and swarming into unknown fields with out training or experience,.. ya'll got to be crazy not in seeing that this is nonsense.
Just words, just speeches and the masses will say 'sieg heil'.... OMG..

White Guilt is Dead
Comedy is Funny
A teacher gave her fifth grade class an assignment: Get their parents to tell them a story with a moral at the end of it.
The next day the kids came back and one by one began to tell their stories. There were all the regular type stuff, spilled milk and pennies saved. But then teacher realized, much to her dismay, that only Ernie was left. 'Ernie, do you have a story to share?' Yes ma'am. My daddy told a story about my Aunt Karen. She was a pilot in Desert Storm and her plane got hit. She had to bail out over enemy territory and all she had was a flask of whiskey, a pistol and a survival knife.
She drank the whiskey on the way down so the bottle wouldn't break and then her parachute landed right in the middle of twenty enemy troops. She shot fifteen of them with the gun until she ran out of bullets, killed four more with the knife, till the blade broke, and then she killed the last enemy with her bare hands. ''Good Heavens' said the horrified teacher. 'What kind of moral did your daddy tell you from this horrible story?
'Stay the fuck away from Aunt Karen when she's drinking!'

Where Do "We" go from Here?
There is no miracle of the messiah coming,.. he is Chicago Politician from the get go,.. just more polished and stage viable... better actor if you will.
Hollywood selling us movies not worth watching, a series of commercials ever so more enticing as to make not seeing the movie is unbearable,.. such intense noise and build up,... such desire,.. then there it is... Kung Foo Panda!!!!!
pooh..
Such is change for/to fools,.. and we, the republicans and democrats alike have been played for fools that we are. World wide marketing and advertising, the making us want what we don't need, and the desire to buy it at any cost.. from IPOD to Play Station, Sega, Atari and cell phone upgrade mania, when all we want is a 'diversion' and a portable 'phone',... to talk, not text.
Where is it we want to go from here is the meat of this blog, if we are to have any meat. Affordable medical that is competent and viable,... real food for thought and an education system without limits on, where of when, or what of why, the idea is to learn,... the realization that some are meant to be mechanics or carpenters.... and damn good at it... and they are no less valuable than anyone else in status or earnings.
Why should the man that builds the dream have any less profit from the same dream, when it is his life that is traded for it? Is the money the investor places in the project allow him ninety percent of the profit on an unfair means of measuring risk?
Define justice in twenty words or less... the lawyer or the court typist, the bailiff or the officer. What each of us does in this society must be equal, for to divide the rich with a [phd] or the name of doctor behind the name is a false reading,.. the farmer that put food on the plate is just as valuable as the doctor that saves the farmers daughter, to have a son, that is a policeman,..
...in hospital built by the carpenter with material from the factory or plant, served food by the immigrant with hope in his heart.. for his daughter that is yet to be born, who will be mother to the child that will end all inequality...
..that will see we are the 'body' of man.. where the ass is just as important as the heart, that is worthless with out food or blood.
It is not the politics that are wrong, it is 'us' that are being fooled into our own self destruction by our insane desire for a power that is fleeting,.. a life that is wanting, for a value placed on paper with no joy or care,.. to die alone in a place where the body of man is in denial.

Political Recipe. from the kitchen of DougTexan
1. one cup of tribulation
2. two egos, slightly beaten
3. one tablespoon greed
4. a sprinkle of unknown
5. large serving of personality
In a large bowl known as an event, add in egos, personalities and greed, slowly mix in the unknown while blending tribulation to a smooth texture. Place into oven of promises for four years or until stale or given up on.
Serve with crow to the electorate with a glass of whine, desert is humble pie.

Quagmire
Let us not lose the wonder for that which is the election, the democracy on tap as it were. I fear as y'all do, that with the double digit win, Obama will win a mandate. This is not necessarily bad, but the 'new' friends of state surely will be an indication as to the direction the new President and congress will take us, as sure as his friends of old indicate the new presidents political leaning, whether he reclaims them after the election or not.
Will that put in peril the balance of power world wide,... already Chavez is requesting a meeting with Obama when he wins. Russia has Georgia nervous on the balance, Israel is plowing down houses on the west bank, Mexican police are being murdered, our borders are still unchecked,....
At this point I wonder, 'is the support for the "New President of the United States" unilateral amongst nations and governments of our Allies, or is here a concern'? How about in our own internal security departments/agencies?
This is exciting, as come January 20th, we will be facing a brave new world, one of just more of the same, where behind closed doors destinies are decided, wealth is accumulated and power is divided,..
..or one where the very fabric of what is 'normal' is ripped, shorn into pieces that will confuse the very astute, confound the insider and without the guidance of a past,.. seek a new pinnacle of balance.....
or just Jimmy Carter all over again.

TODAY, November 2, 2008
True, as a 'sitting on the fence Republican', my real tilt was to my party and values. That said I had to evaluate my value system and realise 'we won'!
1. Democracy: Freedom and choice. By presenting all sides of an issue, having it debated, found wanting or not, and the best done for the most as possible through freedom. Accomplished.
2. Fairness: Truly served in this round as in most of our elections. Race relations and unification, all sides got to air the differences and similarities,... we are Americans is a simularity that is undeniable. Accomplished.
3. Exposure: Again a rallying success. The exposure of right and left thinking is above board. We have once again to the chagrin of the world, been able to expose differences that would have torn a lesser country in half, to our benefit, to our liking and a salute to our new President.
4. Continuity: The arguments and bargains, the compromise and win, once again begin the next four years as we, yes I said we, the people once again hold our heads high as the beacon of freedom and truth for mankind.
5. Pride: What is a win or loss if not being proud of the battle waged. The shaking of heads and hands, the campign behind, the job of our nation is now upon us. With pride in all, we face the new day, new challange, with a new respect for ourselves.

Where do we go from here?
Wikipedia Re-Write
"Find me an example from an unbiased source. Michelle Malkin is in bed with McCain. She would print any bad thing anyone tells her about Obama; it wouldn't have to be true."geomapgirl responding that Wikipedia is a better source.
And the Obama faithful have rewritten Wikipedia,.. literally. From the "Community Organizing" page, re-written 200 plus times to purge any prior page showing him not there,(check the re-write date, one after another) nor in the manner they show now. I know this as I was on that page in the beginning of his campaign, he wasn't then (nor is now?) a 'famous' top ten community organiser. Though wiki says he is.
Same with any anti-Obama you-tube video, you cannot find any anymore, but suspect no foul play when all is 'video no longer available'
The liberal mind is an odd thing, as it should be calling foul here, really, have a McCain video removed because of its content and it would make the news.... "What is he Hiding?"
No school records, no old flames nor friends, no history.

We know the pro-lifer, we know the pro-deather, we know the Alaskian, the Delaware and the Arizona and the Illinois. Tax plans have changed and grown, shrank and from high of 250 thousand to the low of 42 thousand will be effected and every one inbetween, beyond and before those ammounts. Big whoop.
Obama people cheery and bright in the streets, to others they look like the buyers of a lemon, but don't know it till the thirty day no exchange period is over.

The Declaration Of Independance
Balance, order, the very captivation of the American Spirit is stated so well in Jose's quote. Written down for us to view and to be part of when we read the "Declaration Of Independence", "The Constitution Of The United States" and the "Bill Of Rights". Follow the link in the title to read, maybe again for the first time what we, the United States of America are all about.
How often we have been warned by our greatest leaders, that it is not the government, but the people that 'Is' the America we live in.
"Coersion, after all, merely captures man. Freedom captivates him."

Answered Prayers, He's Home.
McKinney-Vento Act for the Homeless
One approximation of the annual number of homeless in America is from a study done by the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty, which estimates between 2.3 and 3.5 million people experience homelessness. According to a study released this month by the National Alliance to End Homelessness, an estimated 744,313 people experienced homelessness in one night in January 2005. Some 56 percent of them were living in shelters and transitional housing and, 44 percent were unsheltered.
That is a lot of homeless on any given day and I have to wonder how the Federal Government is involved in solving this condition. Finding as I did in the link of the title to this post, here is a portion of my findings, and there is so much more. I found that in money we provide more than a billion dollars a year currently, and have spent as much as one point four billion in a single year.
The McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act was the first —and remains the only—major federal legislative response to homelessness. President Ronald Reagan signed the act into law in 1987.
As I have mentioned the homeless being Organised for voter registration by the 'National Coalition of the Homeless', I've found that only 26% of the homeless are considered 'cronic', due to mental illness, drug use, age or choice. With that said, I applaud the NCH's attempt to help those in need to be part of the system they have left behind due to circumstance. As to the NCH,the funding for them is limited, and here is where if comes from:
In the 'Combined Federal Campaign', this is where I found that our money and the contributions of employees also help the homeless through the NCH. Odd is what it says under the CFC header. I was so relieved to see we are:"Finances: NCH receives its support from individual contributions, the Combined Federal Campaign, foundation grants, special events, and telemarketing. Full audited information is available upon request. NCH is a 501 (c)(3) organization. Contributions to NCH are tax exempt to the fullest extent allowed by law. Federal ID# 52-1517415. CFC number 10844.
"Ensuring that our Federal Government has an effective workforce"
Smoke and Mirrors
"You've got to vote for someone, It's a shame, but's got to be done." Whoopie Goldberg
Assisting the Homeless to Vote. Right or Wrong? How about the masses that ACORN has given registration cards to?
The concern over issues, involvement in government, thought concerning cost and effect of laws and taxes, this is the responsible citizen voting in this country. I say this is wrong to use coercion to involve a person who has no information or desire to vote. This is the new American system of voter fraud, along with registering the fictional..
That is just microcosm of the system now in play:
- We have Obama handing tax breaks to those whom already receive all their federal tax money back in the form of a refund. Now, if they vote for him, once a year they will get even more than they paid in beyond the credits already in play.
- Health care for every poor family and child. Who is paying? Oh, every one who has a job making over forty two thousand dollars as that is where the standard deduction leaves you paying federal taxes.
- Even 'if' the tax breaks Obama 'promised' happen to pass congress, after the first two years any tax cut will be lost with the expiration of the "Bush Tax Cuts".
This is political smoke and mirrors 101. Hiding the facts and the issues, Lets; 'Look at all you get if you vote for Obama'.
- New Supreme Court Justice
- Redistribution of wealth and government cost
- New direction in Iraq and Afghanistan
- Go Green, Government not the market will 'lead the way' for new technology
- No Third World, poverty will end world wide as we buy his brother a new shanty
- Air in your tires and wind turbines will end the energy crisis
- No drilling oil, no burning coal and no nuclear power plants
- Unified tax and spend Congress
- A 'Messiah' for president, the question is whose
From the looks of the recent early voting statistics, we will have a larger, more informed electorate than ever in History. I don't doubt the voters and the cause they follow, I doubt the information they've received, and in what frame of mind and how they interpret it. That said, "my opinion is also suspect"

The way to "Communist USA"
For the many times I've posted my thoughts and shared my newly found information, I never before have thought about 'why I do it?' Lately I have realized most of it was for myself, working through the many facts, lies and innuendo that present possibilities for change in ways not expected.
That said, here I sit re-reading the quote from Senator Obama, and his take on the constitution. Now I fear for my country if this man gets elected President and is let lose upon us with the likes of Representative Pelosi and Senator Reid. Barack Hussein Obamas socialism isn't to be taken lightly like Jimmy Carters, he is an activist with a messiah complex, like Hitler, Castro and Chavez.
I've heard from Europe's fine posters on the BBC, that they like this guy Obama, and America would be foolish not to embrace him, but they are not Americans, don't understand Americans, never lived the life we have,... gotten the goosebumps during the national anthem, teared at the unknown soldiers graveside for what they sacrificed, prayed for the president, your country and your blessings.
To get to the point, Barry Obamas Quote:
"[T]he Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth and sort of more basic issues of political and economic justice in this society.
And to that extent as radical as people tried to characterize the Warren court, it wasn’t that radical. It didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the Constitution, at least as it’s been interpreted, and the Warren court interpreted it in the same way that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties.
It says what the states can’t do to you, it says what the federal government can’t do to you, but it doesn’t say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf. And that hasn’t shifted.
One of the I think tragedies of the civil rights movement was because the civil rights movement became so court focused, I think that there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalitions of power through which you bring about redistributed change and in some ways we still suffer from that."
Do note the italic of his 'plan to keep track' of political organising, think rebellion of the status quo and activities, think protest, marchs and militant, and about the redistributed change, think Cambodia and the Khmer Rouge, Vietnams National Liberation League, and in some ways we still suffer that, think of being non communist.
Bob Dylan said it so well long ago, "The times they are a changing", for what we have now may soon be "Blowing in the wind", but, "I am a boxer, a fighter by trade".

Placement and Polls
And then, here is Barry Obama in 2001, if they haven't pulled the link to the audio like they do of all things showing Obama in a true light.
"You know, I’m not optimistic about bringing about major redistributive change through the courts. The institution just isn’t structured that way. [snip] You start getting into all sorts of separation of powers issues, you know, in terms of the court monitoring or engaging in a process that essentially is administrative and takes a lot of time. You know, the court is just not very good at it, and politically, it’s just very hard to legitimize opinions from the court in that regard. So I think that, although you can craft theoretical justifications for it, legally, you know, I think any three of us sitting here could come up with a rationale for bringing about economic change through the courts.”
This is him in a real light, with his real plans. Take this guy as you know him from his friends and associations
Just 'whois' Barack Obama
Nah, ain't all that bad for some.
I don't understand it, why would otherwise intelligent people vote for Barack Obama. As the link of my title shows, this man is a confirmed communist, known to be so by his piers and party, and they 'don't care'. This in it self is scary. BHO has views on the constitution of the United States puts him at direct odds with it, and as shown to me by blogger Guns'n'religion, he will also end up Commander and Chief of our Brigade Combat Team, basically our Homeland Security Army.
I add to this the Creed I was raised by, "You are known by the company you keep",... and well, BHOs friends, acquaintances and religious teachers are all at odds with every thing he says, and who I want for President. To listen to Biden and Barry today, they are centrist moderates that,.. dang, but by the letter after their names, would be republicans,... you betcha. NOT!
BULL, just bull, O'Biden and O'Bama are what they have always been, liberals of near communist proportions. I find it odd that Democrats move to the right to get elected as their 'actual' leanings are so far from the main stream of our society. It is not that they are anti-American, I would never say that, just that their plans for my country aren't mine. I question their judgement, not their patriotism.

Theodore Roosevelt on Immigration
Even though I think every American citizen needs to read this, I also think every new immigrant should. I would love to see the hypen-ated citizen lose the 'other part' of thier nationality. No more with the "Mexican-American" or "African-American", as these divide the nation on lines of color and nationality.
The Year 1908
This will boggle your mind, I know it did mine! The year is 1908. One hundred years ago. What a difference a century makes! Here are some statistics for the Year 1908 :
- The average life expectancy was 47 years.
- Only 14 percent of the homes had a bathtub.
- Only 8 percent of the homes had a telephone.
- There were only 8,000 cars and only 144 miles of paved roads.

Cost Of Obama / Democracy
• Tax relief for trial lawyers -- $1.5 billion worth over a decade by changing rules to encourage more and riskier “jackpot justice” lawsuits. (Section 311 of H.R. 6049.)
• Obama’s own proposed Global Poverty Act that would require the United States to spend its own money working at “eradicating extreme hunger, promoting gender equality, empowering women… ensuring environmental sustainability…[and] achieving significant improvement in the lives of at least 100 million slum dwellers” worldwide. Frank Gaffney of the Center for Security Policy did the math and concluded this would amount to a new commitment of $845 billion in new foreign aid through 2015. (S.2433)
• New federal subsidies to buy gas for families making up to three times the federal poverty line, which would be $63,600 in annual income for a family of four. (H.R. 6561)
• Wage insurance. Create a new federal payroll tax on all workers to pay for “insurance” that would – get this – pay people up to 50 percent of the difference in wages between an old job and a new, lower-paying job. So if John Doe voluntarily takes a new job that requires 10 hours less work per week, the government would pay him for five of the hours that he doesn’t work – courtesy of other, harder-working wage earners.
• A new, Cabinet-level, multi-billion-dollar federal Department of Peace, dedicated to “peace education and training.” (H.R. 808)
Pay Rate Politics
As opportunities in construction management go, some superintendent positions on commercial projects are available, though the pay has tanked. Thursdays offer was more dissappointing than usual. I can't justify working away from Dallas, on the road for the offer.
So now I want to know how to collect as my pay rate has fallen due to the the rise in my age?
Ageism, it's an age old problem solved only by death,.... nah, cover it up with democat leanings and just take it from the young. tax'em more cause they earn more. That way they'll never own thier house free and clear like I do. Take it from the young as they don't deserve it, and Obama deserves to be in office. I just don't like that guy, yet every need I have he promises to satisfy.
I think we can better, but McCain ain't it. Actually heard of a 'T shirt' that had on it along with a big picture of McCain, "AVOID THE PAIN, VOTE McCAIN",... and my mind went instantly numb.... and then I thought,..."VOTE OBAMA, AVOID THE PA(L)IN", and I don't see any money in it, who would buy that this late in the game.
Rambling at this point, the interuptions are takling the toll. This'll post and I'll change later.
I'm humbled by two I've just noticed are following this blog, thanks. Just want you to know that this, my bull shit typing post, and I am so glad I deleted a bunch of shit before I linked to GnR.

Ronald Reagan,
